A little more about what PRÉSENCE is, how sessions work, and what to expect before you book.
Every session begins with the situation you’re preparing for. We’ll talk through what matters, how you want to be experienced, what may be affecting the impression you make, and how you can approach the interaction with greater confidence, clarity, and intention. The session is tailored to you rather than following a fixed script or formula.
Almost any interaction that matters to you. PRÉSENCE can help you prepare for interviews, first meetings, dates, presentations, networking, difficult or meaningful conversations, introductions to new teams or clients, unfamiliar social or professional environments, and more.
PRÉSENCE is best described as communication and perception strategy. Rather than trying to change who you are, we focus on understanding the situation, how you may be perceived, and how your communication and presence can better reflect the person you intend to be.
Not at all. You may simply know that an important interaction is coming up and you want to feel better prepared for it. Bring the situation, and we can identify together what would be most useful to work on.
Sometimes wording matters, and we can absolutely work through what you want to communicate. But PRÉSENCE isn’t about memorizing a perfect script. The goal is to help you understand the interaction well enough that you can communicate naturally, intentionally, and in a way that still feels like you.
Yes. PRÉSENCE sessions are held virtually through Proton Meet, so you can prepare from wherever you are. You do not need a Proton account to join. International clients are welcome, and scheduling is arranged with time-zone differences in mind.
It depends on what you’re preparing for. Some situations may only require a focused 30-minute session, while more complex situations may benefit from additional time. We’ll determine what makes sense for you during your introductory conversation.
Your initial 15-minute conversation is free. Because every situation is different, session length and pricing are based on what you need. We’ll discuss the recommended service and cost before you decide whether you’d like to proceed. There is no obligation to book a paid service. If you choose to continue, you’ll receive the agreed service details and agreement, followed by an invoice. Payment is due before a scheduled session begins or work on a review or deliverable starts.
If you decide to move forward, PRÉSENCE will send you the agreed service details and agreement. Once the agreement is completed, you’ll receive an invoice. After payment, we’ll arrange your session directly or confirm the next steps for your service.
Written PRÉSENCE is a thoughtful review of the words representing you, with attention to the impression they create. Rather than rewriting you into someone else, the goal is to help your message communicate what you intend with greater clarity and intention. The specific material and scope will be discussed with you before you proceed.
A Business PRÉSENCE Review looks at how your business, messaging, and key touchpoints may be experienced by the people encountering them. The review is tailored to the areas we agree to examine and focuses on helping the business communicate more intentionally and consistently.
For live sessions, one complimentary reschedule is available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund; later cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable. Different cancellation rules apply to written or review work once substantive work has begun. Your service agreement will contain the complete policy that applies to your service.
Yes. PRÉSENCE treats the information you share with care and discretion and uses it only as reasonably necessary to provide and administer your service. Privacy-conscious tools are used where practical, including Proton Calendar for scheduling and Proton Meet for virtual sessions. Absolutely. Some situations may benefit from a single focused conversation, while others may involve several stages or require additional preparation. We can decide together whether another session would be useful.
PRÉSENCE helps you prepare with greater clarity, intention, and awareness, but the outcome of an interview, meeting, conversation, application, or other interaction can depend on many factors outside our control. PRÉSENCE does not guarantee a particular result.
